PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking feeder capable of controlling an attitude when sending to the next process, when being difficult to cope with multi-lot, due to being unable to directly handle by a robot, since there are many components whose attitude of the component expanded on a plane for image processing, is different from a request attitude depending on a shape of the component.SOLUTION: A component supply device disperses the component inputted to a vibratory bowl feeder in a rotary disk shape, determines a required attitude by image processing on an attitude of a rotating component, performs handling by a robot and circulates an unhandled component to a bowl part. A tracking feeder supplies the component to the next process by a closely adjacently provided vibratory direct advance feeder, not by the robot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
