PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a control valve.SOLUTION: An accommodation chamber 45 and a communication chamber 46 are disposed at a side of a direction of a load applied to a valve element 60 on the basis of differential pressure between two points with respect to a first pressure chamber 44 in a moving direction of the valve element 60. A load based on DS differential pressure as difference pressure between a pressure of the first pressure chamber 44 and a pressure of the accommodation chamber 45, is acted in the direction same as the direction of the load applied to the valve element 60 on the basis of the differential pressure between two points. As the load based on the DS differential pressure is acted in the direction same as the direction of the load applied to the valve element 60 on the basis of the differential pressure between two points to the valve element 60, it becomes unnecessary to newly define a chamber as a suction pressure region, in a valve housing 40h independently of the accommodation chamber 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
