摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation imbalance measuring device for measuring the position of rotation imbalance on a circle and its magnitude in a rotating body that requires a smaller number of sensors for measuring use than their conventional number and accordingly is simpler in configuration and easier to calibrate or check.SOLUTION: A rotation imbalance measuring device has a measuring unit comprising a center shaft, a swinging arm, a rotation drive power source arranged coaxially with the center shaft, a rotation body holding shaft provided at a swing end of the swinging arm, a drive power transmitting unit and a rotary encoder; and an initial arm position regulating unit consisting of elastic elements. The measuring unit generates pulse signals along with the rotation of the rotation drive power source, calculates the angular velocity and the angular velocity variation waveform of the rotation drive power source from the time intervals of pulses, calculates the rotating position of the rotation drive power source from the frequency of pulse occurrence at the time of the maximum peak occurrence in an angular velocity variation waveform, calculates the position of the rotation imbalance on the circle in the rotating body from the rotating position, and calculates the magnitude of the rotation imbalance from the magnitude of the maximum peak in the angular velocity variation waveform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
