PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the device and to reduce radiation exposure of a worker involving the production of a radioactive medicine.SOLUTION: Provided is a radioactive medicine production device comprising: an electron beam accelerator 2; a container 4 storing raw material 3 for producing a radioactive nuclide containing molybdenum 100 that emits radioactive rays generated using electrons accelerated by the electron beam accelerator 2; a heating apparatus 5 for heating the raw material 3 for producing a radioactive nuclide stored in the container 4; an adsorbent 81 for adsorbing a technetium compound containing technetium-99m generated by heating the raw material 3 for producing a radioactive nuclide irradiated with the radioactive rays; an eluant feeding apparatus 10 for feeding an eluant L1 eluting from the adsorbent 81 the technetium compound containing technetium-99m adsorbed on the adsorbent 81; and a medicine recovering part 13 for recovering the eluant L2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
