PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolation table device capable of effectively adapting for coming earthquake vibration.SOLUTION: This invention comprises: a table plate 1 arranged on a base plate 3 through a table holding mechanism 2 in a movable manner in a horizontal direction; a plurality of spring mechanisms 4 to 7 allowing a horizontal relative motion of the table plate 1 at the time of earthquake and returning the table plate 1 to its original position before occurrence of the earthquake when the earthquake converges; and a plurality of damper mechanisms 8 to 11 arranged respectively corresponding to each of the spring mechanisms to suppress transmission of the earthquake vibration. Each of the damper mechanisms 8 to 11 is of a friction sliding type damper mechanism having a structure abutted against the base plate 3, each of the damper mechanisms is installed in at least four locations around the table holding mechanism 2, each of the spring mechanisms is constituted by at least four spring mechanisms. An end part of each of the spring mechanisms 4 to 7 facing to the table holding mechanism 2 is connected to each of the corresponding damper mechanisms 8 to 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
