摘要 The present invention relates to a system and method for treating water in real time using proportional integral derivative (PID) control which prevent chemicals from being excessively used, and promote optimum water treatment effects. The method for treating water in real time comprises the following steps: analyzing influent water quality and treated water quality in real time to improve water quality of a water treatment plant; collecting the analyzed data to build a database; and determining an optimum dosing rate for treating water based on the database through the PID control. According to the present invention, the real time water treatment system comprises: a sample selection unit which collects samples introduced to each unit process of a water treatment plant by a predetermined cycle; a sample pre-treatment unit for pre-treating the samples introduced after being collected by the sample selection unit; a sample analysis unit for analyzing water treatment factors of the samples introduced after being pre-treated in the sample pretreatment unit; a water treatment chemicals injection unit for injecting water treatment chemicals according to the result analyzed by the sample analysis unit; a database unit which stores, in the order of time, data on the water collecting cycle and water collecting amount of the sample selection unit, the analyzed data of the sample analysis unit, and injection amount of the water treatment chemicals injection unit, and which has a reference set value, stored in advance, for the water collecting cycle and water collecting amount, the analyzed data, and the injection cycle and amount; and a PID central control unit which includes PID control software to inject the water treatment chemicals based on the data of the database unit to generate a PID control command for the injection amount of the water treatment chemicals and deliver the same to a field control PLC of the water treatment chemicals injection unit.
