PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic culture apparatus using sunlight outdoors that can solve a problem that it is difficult to enjoy a kitchen garden because: regarding a conventional general hydroponic culture apparatus using artificial light indoors, such space cannot be easily secured in a usual household and the cost therefor is relatively high; in a case of a compact size hydroponic culture apparatus, a yield is limited; and, in a case of a planter, soil management is difficult in a rooftop, balcony and the like because soil is used.SOLUTION: A cylindrical body part 1 is laid down, and, on its upper surface, seedling planting holes 2 are provided at regular intervals. Intermittent siphon drainage devices 5 are provided at a certain interval in a manner sandwiching the seedling planting holes 2, and a water channel pipe 4 is provided in the cylindrical body part. The intermittent siphon drainage device performs automatic water discharge when a given water level is reached in the cylindrical body part, and, after finishing water discharge completely, it does not conduct water discharge until next given water level is realized. The water channel pipe facilitates a water flow by having holes for water charge and discharge in the whole area. The cylindrical body part may be of a linear shape or of a loop shape, and it may be tiered. A culture fluid water tank 7 is provided in a place with which the intermittent siphon drainage device can operate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
