PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of a battery while preventing discomfort in association with driving of an air conditioner from being provided to a user in a vehicle configured so as to be able to execute pre-charging cooling control.SOLUTION: A vehicle 1 comprises: an air conditioner 120 for cooling inside a cabin 2 of the vehicle 1; a cooling fan 168 for feeding air inside the cabin 2 to a battery 150; and an ECU 300. The ECU 300 is configured so as to execute pre-charging cooling control cooling the battery 150 prior to a start of external charging by controlling the air conditioner 120 and the cooling fan 168 in a state of a charging cable 400 being connected thereto. The ECU 300 cools the battery 150 by driving the cooling fan 168 when an intake temperature TC falls below a battery temperature TB while bringing the air conditioner 120 into a stop state for a predetermined period from connection time of the charging cable 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
