PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech control device, a speech control method, and a mobile terminal for, even when there is an incoming call during the absence of the owner of a mobile terminal, preventing any person other than the owner from receiving a telephone call.SOLUTION: A speech control device includes: a display part for displaying an incoming icon different from a speech icon and a speech finish icon on a general incoming screen during an incoming call, a touch screen for receiving the input of a predetermined operation from a user to the incoming icon after the incoming icon is displayed by the display part, and a control part including a speech permission processing part for comparing a predetermined operation with a speech acceptance operation preset for the incoming icon, and for, when the predetermined operation is coincident with the speech acceptance operation as the result of comparison, permitting a speech.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
