PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bind winder and unwinder of simple structure at a low manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A bind winder and unwinder 100 for winding a bind 200 including a spiral attachment part 220 around a wire W, or the like, and unwinding therefrom includes a rotary rod 120 that can be inserted between the wire W and the attachment part 220 of the bind 200, and rotated around the axis of the wire W, and a spiral guide 110. While moving the wire W around the guide 110, the rotary rod 120 is rotated about the axis of the wire W, thus winding and unwinding the bind 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
