PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser oscillator that can achieve a multi-beam at low cost.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser oscillator has plural sets of laser diodes, each set containing plural laser diodes, and plural sets of optical fibers (11f11 to 11fn1, 11f12 to 11fn2) for transmitting lasers emitted from the laser diodes. The optical fibers are arranged in a first direction with respect to each of the plural sets, and arranged in the first direction and a second direction intersecting to a laser travel direction with respect to the plural sets. The semiconductor laser oscillator has collimators 1112, 1115 for collimating each laser emitted from the optical fibers, external resonator mirrors for resonating lasers emitted from the laser diodes, and a grating 1103 which is disposed between the external resonator mirrors and subjects the lasers emitted from the collimators 1112, 1115 to spectrum beam coupling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
