PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement reduction in noise or vibration and reduction in power consumption while keeping balance between them, in a motor controller applied to an air-conditioner etc.SOLUTION: A motor controller comprises a power conversion circuit for converting DC voltage to AC voltage and a control unit for outputting a drive signal for driving the power conversion circuit and drives a motor connected to a load device by using the AC voltage. The control unit comprises: means for acquiring a vibration correspondence amount (Δτ) increasing or decreasing depending on a vibration amount of the motor or load device; and a drive signal determination unit (11a) for determining a drive signal (I) on the basis of the vibration correspondence amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
