PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability of a tool box equipped on a saddle-riding type vehicle.SOLUTION: A tool box 20 has a case 30 having a storage space 31 for receiving tools, a cover 50 opening and closing an opening 32 of the case 30, and a hing mechanism 60 connecting the cover to the case 30 for angular displacement and making the cover 50 perform opening-closing motion through the angular displacement. The case 30 is formed such that the depth direction of the storage space 31 is different in direction from the longitudinal direction of the case 30 and the opening 32 extends along the longitudinal direction. The axis of the hinge mechanism 60 is directed to the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
