MIXER, IN-PLACE SPRAYING TYPE FOAM FORMATION MACHINE AND MIXING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer and a mixing method for mixing a foaming agent of a proper amount with a liquid according to a pressure of the liquid, and an in-place spraying type foam formation machine including the mixer.SOLUTION: A mixer 10 includes: a liquid channel 13 for flowing a liquid; a foaming agent channel 23 for flowing a foaming agent; a foaming agent pump 25 for supplying the foaming agent into the foaming agent channel; an on-off valve 29 for connecting the foaming agent channel to the foaming agent channel; and a control unit 33 which is equipped with a foaming pump control part 33p for controlling a discharge rate of the foaming agent pump, and a an on-off valve control part 33v for controlling operation of the on-off valve. The on-off valve control part so controls the on-off valve as to open the on-off valve when a pressure measured by a foaming agent channel pressure gage is higher than a pressure measured by a liquid channel pressure gage, and the foaming agent pump control part controls a discharge rate of the foaming agent pump to a prescribed value during opening of the on-off valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
