PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector that is able to smoothly attach a retainer to a housing and able to protect a locking part that locks the retainer to the housing.SOLUTION: A connector comprises: a housing 21 having a cavity 26; a male terminal accommodated in the cavity 26; a front retainer 31 attached to the housing 21 and maintaining an accommodated state of the male terminal in the cavity 26; and a temporary locking projection 35, main locking projection 36, and a locking step 28 for locking the front retainer 31, attached to the housing 21, to the housing 21. The housing 21 has a guide groove 29 along the direction in which the front retainer 31 is attached. The front retainer 31 has a guide rib 37 provided along the direction in which it is attached to the housing 21 and inserted in the guide groove 29 when attached to the housing 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
