摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-type continuously variable transmission capable of suppressing generation of slipping between a primary pulley and a transmission belt when an oil is not supplied to a hydraulic chamber, and improving belt returnability in returning the transmission belt hung on the primary pulley to a minimum effective diameter side when the oil is supplied to the hydraulic chamber.SOLUTION: As an energization device 96 applies energization force F in a direction to increase an effective diameter of a transmission belt 64 hung on a primary pulley 58 to a driving-side movable sheave 80 when an oil is not supplied to a hydraulic chamber 82a, the transmission belt 64 is pressed, and generation of slipping between the primary pulley 58 and the transmission belt 64 is suppressed when the oil is not supplied to the hydraulic chamber 82a. Further as the energization force F is not applied when the oil is supplied to the hydraulic chamber 82a, belt returnability in returning the transmission belt 64 hung on the primary pulley 58 to a minimum effective diameter side, is improved when the oil is supplied to the hydraulic chamber 82a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
