PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cationic polymerizable composition having a suitable usable life and also capable of obtaining a satisfactory cured matter.SOLUTION: Provided is a cationic polymerizable composition comprising: (A) a compound having nitrogen atoms Nin which Mulliken charges obtained by a non-empirical molecular orbital method (Hartree-Fock method, base function:STO-3G) in a structure optimized by a density function method (function:B3LYP, base function:6-31G*) are -0.2300 to below zero, and not having nitrogen atoms Nin which the Mulliken charges are below -0.2300; (B) a cationic polymerizable compound; and (C) a photo-cationic polymerization initiator.SELECTED DRAWING: None
