PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a fluid machine capable of reducing power consumption while ensuring a wide flow rate control range.SOLUTION: A control device 20 of a fluid machine 1 executes control for causing an operation point specified by the flow rate and discharge pressure of fluid to approach a predetermined target point, by adjusting a rotational speed of an electric motor 14, an opening of an inlet guide vane 11 and an opening of a discharge valve 17; and when executing the control, increases the discharge pressure of fluid by making the opening of the discharge valve 17 small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
