PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a conventional pre-heating device that temperature management for uniformly heating a part of a package RM is difficult because temperature in a tunnel-like conveyance path increases with passage of time in order to heat a matter M to be packaged moving within the tunnel-like conveyance path.SOLUTION: A pre-heating device 50 wraps in a matter M to be packaged with a packaging material R composed from shrink film using a packaging machine and, before entirely heating a package RM wrapped in the packaging material R, partly heats the package RM to ensure uniform shrinkage of the packaging material R. In the pre-heating device: a heating nozzle 65 blowing out hot air generated by a hot air generator 92 is disposed below an upper conveyance part 56 of a transportation conveyor 57 and this heating nozzle 65 reciprocally moves between a heating position (H) and a standby position (S); and when the transportation conveyor 57 is intermittently stopped, the heating nozzle 65 moves to the heating position (H) to blow out hot air, and along with intermittent movement of the transportation conveyor 57, the heating nozzle 65 moves to the standby position (S) to stop blowing out hot air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
