PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring unit facilitating its selection and eliminating the necessity of adjusting a total length of the spring unit (a length between mounting surfaces) before installing the spring unit.SOLUTION: A spring unit of this invention comprises: a first spring receiver 10 having a first mounting surface 14; a second spring receiver 20 having a second mounting surface 24; a coil spring 30 arranged to be contacted with the first spring receiver 10 at its one end and contacted with the second spring receiver 20 at the other end; and a stepped bolt 40 having a shaft part 42 and a thread part 43, the shaft part 42 being inserted into an insertion hole 13 formed at the first spring receiver 10, the thread part 43 being connected to a threaded hole 23 formed at the second spring receiver 20. Under an initial state, a length L ranging from the first mounting surface 14 to the second mounting surface 24 is equal to a length in which a length L1 of the shaft part 42 is added to an axial length L2 of the second spring receiver 20, and the coil spring 30 is flexed by a predetermined amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
