PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle hole forming method, a liquid jet head, and a liquid jet recording device which can form a nozzle hole with high precision while reducing processing cost.SOLUTION: A nozzle hole forming method includes: a recessed part forming process S200 of forming a recessed part on a part for forming a nozzle hole of a nozzle plate; a rivet body arranging process S300 of arranging a rivet body of different material from the nozzle plate in the recessed part after the recessed part forming process S200; a nozzle plate softening process S400 of softening the nozzle plate and filling a clearance of the recessed part and the rivet body with the nozzle plate after the rivet body arranging process S300; and a rivet body removing process S600 of melting the rivet body after the nozzle plate softening process S400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
