The present invention relates to a kit and a method for detecting negatively charged viruses by using a charge-switchable microbead. The present invention relates to a method for simply and effectively detecting Norovirus. According to the present invention, 1) a loss of Norovirus from a sample is minimized, 2) Norovirus is effectively destroyed, and 3) a simple microfluidic system is mainly used. According to the present invention, 1) a microbead capable of performing Norovirus concentration and bead beating and 2) a microvalve capable of adjusting a change in a microchamber space and performing bead beating vibration is used. Such a simple platform scheme may be applied not only to pathogenic bacteria such as E.coli and salmonella, but also to various viruses by optimizing a microbead and simply adjusting an operation condition. |
