PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone treatment apparatus capable of increasing the amount of sludge to be adsorbed to foams at the liquid level of a sludge-containing liquid, so that the reaction efficiency between the sludge and ozone gas can be increased and the ozone consumption can be reduced in parallel.SOLUTION: An ozone treatment apparatus 1 includes an ozone reaction tank 2 and ozone treatment means 3. In the ozone reaction tank 2, ozone gas 9 is blown into a sludge-containing liquid 4 to cause foaming, so that a foamed sludge 6 is formed on the liquid level of the sludge-containing liquid 4. The ozone treatment means 3 blows ozone gas 9 into the sludge-containing liquid 4 taken out from the vicinity of the liquid level of the sludge-containing liquid 4 to cause refined foaming, so that a sludge 21 with refined foams is formed.
