PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of generating.SOLUTION: A solar cell comprises: an electrode line shape part that is one part of a two kinds of electrodes and extends in a first direction to one surface side of a semiconductor substrate; an extension part that is arranged on an extended line in the first direction of the electrode line shape so as to separate from the electrode line shape part; a plurality of wiring line shape parts that a wire electrically connected with a rear face electrode type solar cell having a mark arranged to a region between the electrode line shape part and the extension part and a region that is adjacent to the regions and is arranged to a region no having an electrode and an electrode of the rear face electrode type solar cell in one surface side of an insulation resin base material. Further, the solar cell includes a wiring sheet having the wiring line part in which a narrow part that a width is partly narrowed is arranged, and the mark is overlapped with any one of a plurality of wiring line shape parts in the region which is positioned in a direction orthogonally with the first direction to the narrow part. The extension part and the electrode line shape part arranged on and the extension line of extension part are electrically connected with a common wiring line shape part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
