PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte layer capable of suppressing the generation of a short circuit during charging.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a solid electrolyte layer used for an all-solid lithium battery. The solid electrolyte layer contains: a sulfide solid electrolyte material; and an inorganic solid material represented by MO(where, M represents a metal element, and x and y each represent an arbitrary number). In the solid electrolyte layer, the inorganic solid material is a secondary particle formed by the aggregation of primary particles, 66≤A/B≤208 is satisfied where A and B represent an average particle size of primary particles of the sulfide solid electrolyte material and an average particle size of the primary particles of the inorganic solid material, respectively, 2.4≤C/B≤4.6 is satisfied where C represents an average particle size of the secondary particles of the inorganic solid material, and the content of the inorganic solid material is within a range of 0.1-1.0 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
