摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray irradiation device capable of irradiating an analyte with an X-ray which is narrowed down to an extremely small diameter.SOLUTION: An X-ray irradiation device 1A comprises: an X-ray source 10; a collimator 20 having plural openings 21, 22; a straight tube multi-capillary 30 binding plural capillaries having the same inner diameter and the same length whose central axes are parallel to one another; and a Fresnel zone plate 40. A part of the X-ray XL emitted from the X-ray source 10 which is a surface light source, passes through the two openings 21, 22 of the collimator 20, and is made rough and parallel. In the straight tube multi-capillary 30, the X-ray which is not reflected by inner wall faces of the respective capillaries 31 and passed, has sufficiently high intensity compared with the X-ray which is reflected once or more, so that the straight tube multi-capillary serves as a filter for selecting the X-ray having extremely high parallel degree. Since the X-ray having the high parallel degree, which is taken out through the collimator 20 and the straight tube multi-capillary 30, is made incident on the Fresnel zone plate 40, an area of a very small diameter can be irradiated with the X-ray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
