摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight and cost of the shift operation mechanism.SOLUTION: The shift operation mechanism for a transmission of the present invention is characterized by a method for assembling an inner lever 12 and an interlock plate 13 into a shift-and-select shaft 11 using a jig 21 holding a fixed pin 22 at a position where the fixed pin protrudes from the shift-and-select shaft 11 by a predetermined amount as an initial position, and burying the fixed pin into the shift-and-select shaft so as to accommodate the fixed pin thereinto at a rotation position. In this shift operation mechanism, the fixed pin 22 restricts the rotation of the interlock plate 13 relative to the shift-and-select shaft 11, so that it is possible to improve workability when a plurality of shift forks 16, 17 and 18, the inner lever 12 and the interlock plate 13 are combined. Furthermore, the above-mentioned jig 21 and fixed pin 22 are finally detached from the shift-and-select shaft 11 and reusable, so that it is possible to reduce the weight and cost of the shift operation mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
