PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film for transparent electrode capable of suppressing phenomenon where a transparent electrode layer formed on a surface is seen while maintaining excellent surface hardness even when thickness is thin.SOLUTION: At least a hard coat layer 17, a first easily adhesive layer 13 and a light transmissive substrate 11 are laminated in this order from a transparent electrode layer forming surface 1a side and the hard coat layer 17 contains a radiation curable resin and 34 mass% or more of the radiation curable resin is a layer formed from a hard coat layer forming material and thickness of the hard coat layer 17 is 1.0 to 5.0 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
