PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device for a vehicle driving road that prevents generation of irregularities that could hinder vehicle operation, even when uneven displacement has taken place in a structure above ground, at the same time offering high driving stability and safety.SOLUTION: A support device 1 for a vehicle driving road includes side walls 3 installed on a vehicle driving road 2 in a width direction of the vehicle driving road 2, leaving an interval between the side walls. The side wall 3 and the driving road 2 are connected by connecting means that is released when force greater than prescribed force is exerted in the width direction of the driving road 2. The side wall 3 is divided along a vehicle driving direction D, and includes a side wall connecting member 5 installed over a divided location of the side wall 3, restricting movement of the side wall 3 installed in the front and in the rear of the driving direction D in the width direction, and a lateral displacement stopper 6 installed on the driving road 2 between the side walls 3 installed leaving an interval therebetween, restricting movement of the side wall 3 in the width direction from an inner surface 3a side of the side wall 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
