The present invention relates to a method for producing a film radiating far infrared rays and, more specifically, to a method for producing a film radiating optimal far infrared rays using a silica sphere. The method for producing a film radiating far infrared rays of the present invention comprises the steps of: producing a silica sphere having germanium attached to a surface; mixing the silica sphere having the germanium and a polymer resin solution; and forming the mixture into a film.
