The present invention relates to a hybrid heat insulation sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, and a heat insulating panel. In the present invention, phase change material (PCM) and nanofiber web are stacked together to form a structure which primarily reduces transferred calories by blocking the transferred calories at the nanofiber web and maximizes heat insulation efficiency by absorbing heat at the PCM equipped inside the nanofiber web. |
