PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a collagen gel capable of nondestructively manufacturing "fiber bundle" three dimensionally molded at large scale.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a collagen gel including a process for orientating a collagen fiber by adding shear with shear rate in a range of 0.20 sto 30 sto a collagen solution containing collagen at a concentration of 0.50 mass% to 3.0 mass%, and the process orientates the collagen fiber by including a 2 seconds to 120 seconds process where a shear stress increases with a rate of 1% to 30% per 1 second by formation of the collagen fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: None
