PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floodlight which controls light distribution without deteriorating the light utilization efficiency while reducing costs, and to provide a lighting device.SOLUTION: A floodlight includes: LEDs 12a; a diffusion cover 3 which is provided so as to cover the LEDs 12a; and a control part which controls light output of the LEDs 12a to control light distribution of the floodlight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
