PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet embedded motor which generates required torque without using a rare-earth magnet.SOLUTION: In each of multiple parts of a rotor 100 in a circumferential direction, a magnetic pole is formed by inserting a set of four permanent magnets 201, 301, 401 and 501 into a rotor core 102. The permanent magnet 301 is disposed at an inner circumferential side of the permanent magnet 201, and the permanent magnets 401 and 501 are disposed in a fan shape while interposing the permanent magnets 201 and 301 therebetween. Further by providing holes A, B, C and D, in the case of post-magnetization, even inner circumferential side portions of the permanent magnets 401 and 501 and both end portions of the permanent magnet 301 are sufficiently magnetized and all the portions of the permanent magnets 201, 301, 401 and 501 are perfectly magnetized, such that the magnet embedded motor with large torque can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
