PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device, an imaging method and a program that can optimally set an optical low-pass filter effect according to an imaging scene without forcing a user (photographer) to make a difficult situation determination and perform complex setting operation.SOLUTION: An imaging device has an image sensor for converting a subject image formed by an imaging optical system to an electrical pixel signal to perform imaging, a driving mechanism for making at least one of an optical element constituting at least a part of the imaging optical system and the image sensor serve as a moving member, driving the moving member in a direction different from the optical axis of the imaging optical system to make a subject light flux incident to plural pixels of the image sensor, and achieving an optical low-pass filter effect, a scene recognizer for recognizing an imaging scene picked up by the imaging sensor, and a controller for controlling the optical low-pass filter effect based on the driving of the moving member through the driving mechanism according to the imaging scene recognized by the scene recognizer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
