PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate fixing structure which reduces warpage of a substrate when electric connection is made with the substrate by a terminal including an elastic body such as a coil spring.SOLUTION: A substrate fixing structure includes: a substrate; a terminal which may be electrically connected with the substrate so as to establish electrical continuity with the substrate, includes an elastic body, and generates a force pressing the terminal itself to one surface of the substrate through action of the elastic body in a state where the terminal is connected with the substrate; and a weighting part which applies a load corresponding to the pressing force to the other surface of the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
