PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a leakage risk of personal information without disclosing the personal information on a user purchasing products to a net store side upon performing online shopping.SOLUTION: A settlement support device 3 comprises: a reception unit 31 that receives a purchase amount of a product selected by a user in a store device 2 selling products; a credit request unit 32 that transmits a credit request of whether the purchase amount can be settled by a credit card of the user to a settlement device 5, and acquires a credit result; a notification unit 33 that, when the credit result is capable of settlement, notifies the store device 2 of completion of product purchase processing; and a sales processing unit 34 that, when the product was delivered to the user by a logistic operator, transmits an instruction of the settlement by means of the credit card to the settlement device 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
