PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of improving reliability of an electronic device including a channel part containing a phase transition material.SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 includes a channel part 30 and a light-emitting element 60. The channel part 30 contains a phase transition material in which phase transition occurs between a metallic phase and an insulator phase caused by temperature changes.
