PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated type electronic component that can reduce generation of noise when mounted on a substrate, and its mounting structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminated type electronic component comprising a laminate 2 having an effective layer 6 in which dielectric layers 4 and internal electrode layers 5 are alternately laminated, and external electrodes 3 that are provided on the outer surface of the laminate 2 and electrically connected with the internal electrode layers 5, and when any one of a pair of principal surfaces located in the lamination direction of the dielectric layers 4 and internal electrode layers 5 is a first principal surface 7, the laminate 2 includes a low-Young's modulus layer 8 having a lower Young's modulus than that of the effective layer 6 closer to the first principal surface 7 side than the effective layer 6. Such a laminated type electronic component is mounted on a substrate 12 so that the first principal surface 7 and a mounting surface of the substrate 12 face with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
