PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales data processing device and program that allow a discovery of embezzlement of a payment to be facilitated.SOLUTION: A sales data processing device according to an embodiment comprises: payment code reception means; payment information reading means; payment receipt registration means; halt reception means; and record data output means. The payment code reception means is configured to receive an input of a payment code given to a payment slip, and payment information reading means is configured to read payment information on a payment amount of the payment slip and payment destination thereof on the basis of the payment code. The payment receipt registration means is configured to perform a payment receipt registration of the payment amount, and halt reception means is configured to receive a halt of the payment receipt registration. The record data output means is configured to, when the halt reception means receives the halt of the payment receipt registration, prepare halt record data having the halt of a payment receipt registration operation pertaining to the payment information recorded, and output the prepared halt record data to an information processing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
