PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasion resistant steel sheet having excellent flexure processability and impact abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided an abrasion resistant steel sheet having a composition containing, by mass%, C:0.20 to 0.60%, Si:0.05 to 0.20%, Mn:0.20 to 2.00%, Cr:0.5 to 2.0% and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and a structure containing ferrite and pearlite of total 90% or more by area percentage and the pearlite of 20% or more by area percentage and having surface hardness of 360HBW10/3000 or less by Brinell hardness and tensile property with total elongation EI:15% or more and work hardening coefficient nvalue: 0.20 or more. This achieves excellent flexure processability and excellent impact abrasion resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
