PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device that can deal with malfunction or stopping of a control portion at the time of supplying ink from a first tank to a second tank.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device comprises an inkjet head, a first tank, a second tank, a detector, a supply passage, a liquid feeding passage, a supply valve, a monitoring circuit portion and a control portion. The detector detects amounts of ink stored in the second tank. The liquid feeding portion feeds ink from the first tank to the second tank through the supply passage. The supply valve is switched between a first state where the supply passage is opened and a second state where the supply passage is closed. The control portion, when acquiring a lower limit value signal from the detector, switches a state of the supply valve into the first state, and makes the monitoring circuit portion to start newly measurement of time performed by a first timer. The control portion switches a state of the supply valve into the second state. The monitoring circuit portion includes the first timer. The monitoring circuit portion switches the state of the supply valve into the second state when a first measured time measured by the first timer is equal to a reference time or exceeds the reference time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
