The present invention relates to a method for call processing in a gateway and a device thereof capable of reducing signaling if a user terminal, which completed accessing to an LTE network, changes the active state and idle state frequently. The call processing device of the present invention communicates with the user terminal; produces and stores a bearer conversion request message when the state of ECM-connected changes to the state of ECM-idle and drives a first timer; drives a second timer when the state of ECM-idle changes to the state of ECM-connected; and transmits the stored bearer modification request message to the outside when the first timer or the second timer is terminated. |
