PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of reducing deformation of bus bar in a battery module and/or fixing bolt loosening due to a load when an electric vehicle is subjected to an acceleration in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: The battery pack stores a battery and is attached to a body frame of a vehicle. The battery pack includes: a tray 11 which stores a battery; a lower holder 12 that supports the battery between the battery and the tray 11; and a side inner frame 23 which is attached to a side plane of the tray 11 at the side-inner side thereof extending in the same direction as the extending direction of the side plane of the tray 11.
