PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality of a solid-state imaging device.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes a photoelectric conversion part for photoelectrically converting incident light incident from a predetermined incident surface. The solid-state imaging device also includes wiring which is arranged on the side of a bottom surface opposite to the incident surface of the photoelectric conversion part and which has a projecting pattern formed on a surface thereof facing the photoelectric conversion part. This technology is applicable, for example, to a solid-state imaging device such as a CMOS image sensor and an electronic apparatus provided with a solid-state imaging device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
