PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, when a coating layer of a photoreceptor drum is formed by dipping, a deterioration in image quality caused by ununiformity in thickness of the coating layer.SOLUTION: Coating layers of a photoreceptor drum 41, a charging roller 420, and a developing roller 430 are layers formed by dipping in a vertical attitude where a first end and a second end of each of base substances are directed upward and downward. The charging roller 420 is supported while a first end 42x of its base substance and a first end 41y of a base substance of the photoreceptor drum 41 face the same direction; the developing roller 430 is supported in non-contact while a first end 43x of its base substance and the first end 41y of the base substance of the photoreceptor drum 41 face the same direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
