PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser resonator capable of preventing dew condensation in a housing for housing a laser diode appropriately.SOLUTION: A laser oscillator includes a laser module housing a laser diode for oscillating a laser, a housing for housing the laser module, a cooling path connected with the laser module, an air purge unit for producing dry air of low dew point from compressed-air for purge supplied externally, and supplying the dry air to the laser module, and an air conditioner for controlling the temperature of dry air by controlling the temperature in the housing, in parallel with dry air supply by the air purge unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
