摘要

The present invention provides a display panel at a low cost by inserting a light amplification phototransistor into a backplane structure including a switching transistor and a driving transistor. The display panel includes: a light source unit generating light; the switching transistor corresponding to each pixel to sample pixel information; a first storage capacitor storing the pixel information; the driving transistor switching a current supply for the light source by a reference voltage of the stored pixel information; a light amplification photo transistor transmitting the switched current supply to the light source unit, sensing the light generated from the light source unit and reflected from a target object to amplify photoreactivity; and a second storage capacitor storing photoreactivity information including at least one from fingerprint information of the target object, contact information, and biometrics based on a degree of the amplified photoreactivity.
