Provided is a system for recommending invalid data by using big data. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system comprises: a data storing unit collecting and storing technology-related data; a target patent information input unit inputting information which can specify a target patent; a target patent analysis unit analyzing the target patent specified by the inputted information; and an invalid data research unit researching invalid data of the target patent in the data storing unit, based on content of the target patent analysis. According to the present invention, a workload of a patent attorney is alleviated as an invalid data of a target patent can be searched by inputting information specifying the target patent.
