PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-reflection film that has a low reflectivity to incident light having an incident angle of 0 to 60 degrees within a visible light wavelength of 400 to 700 nm.SOLUTION: There is provided a six- or eight-layered anti-reflection film that is formed on the surface of an optical base material having a refractive index of 1.43 or more and 2.02 or less on a d line of a He light source (wavelength: 587.56 nm), where each of the layers has a predetermined refractive index and optical film thickness; odd-numbered layers are a high refractive index layer showing a refractive index of 1.90 or more and 2.55 or less with respect to the d line; the even-numbered layers excluding the outermost layer are a low refractive index layer showing a refractive index of 1.36 or more and 1.70 or less with respect to the d line; the outermost layer is an ultra low refractive index layer showing a refractive index of 1.05 or more and 1.30 or less with respect to the d line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
